Multi-Sport Coaching Development

Coaching development support spanning multiple sports and disciplines. Sessions focus on practical, sport agnostic leadership and development principles that scale across contexts, so a club working with athletes across several sports can build one consistent coaching culture instead of separate, disconnected approaches for each program.

This includes coach onboarding and mentorship structures, evaluation frameworks coaches can use with each other, and ongoing professional development planning tied directly into the Arclight certification pathways.

Emotional Intelligence in Coaching

Training in Emotional Intelligence applied specifically to coaching relationships, helping coaches read, respond to, and support athletes more effectively.

Sessions work through recognizing emotional cues in athletes during high pressure moments, adapting coaching style to different personalities and developmental stages, managing a coach's own stress and reactions during competition, and building trust with athletes and parents over the course of a season.
